"Signup felt a bit average"
The registration process was alright, but a little confusing in places. I had to trust my instinct a couple of times to figure out what to do next, so it could definitely be clearer.

"Works fine for my day-to-day use"
I’ve been using it most days, it’s been reliable for what I need. I haven’t had to think about it much, which is usually a good sign for me
"Decent site, but accessibility needs more attention"
I’ve used membg.org a few times, and overall it does what it’s supposed to do, but the accessibility side feels inconsistent. Some parts are easy to get through, while others feel like they weren’t really checked from a user’s point of view.
The layout can be a little cluttered, especially on my phone, and I found myself digging around longer than I should have to find basic information. Bigger text in certain areas and simpler menus would make a real difference.
It’s not a bad site, but I do think the people running it should take more responsibility for making it easier for everyone to use. If the site is meant to serve the public, accessibility shouldn’t feel like an afterthought.

"Follow-up was a bit hit or miss"
Support did eventually get back to me after my first message, but it took longer than I was expecting. I usually notice quickly when follow-up is consistent or not, and this felt like one of those situations where the response came through, but the momentum kind of dropped. They were helpful in some ways, but didn’t fully solve everything. Overall, it was okay, not terrible, just not as smooth as I hoped.

"Some helpful stuff, but kind of hit or miss"
I mean, I did find some useful info on membg.org, and a few of the pages were actually easy to read, you know? But, like, not everything really had what I was looking for. Some sections felt a little thin, or just not super up to date, so I kind of had to check other sites too. It’s probably fine if you just need basic info, but yeah, it wasn’t always enough for me
"Helpful in spots, but a little uneven"
I found a handful of useful resources on Membg, and I even shared one with my sister because it was helpful. That said, the site felt a bit hit or miss. Some pages were easy to understand, while others took some digging to find what I needed. It’s decent if you already know what you’re looking for, but the organization could definitely be better.

"Billing Left Me a Bit Frustrated"
I had to go back and check my bill twice because the total just didn’t line up with what I was expecting, which put me in a annoyed mood. Support did get back to me, but it took a little while, and the explanation wasn’t super clear. The site itself works fine overall, but the billing side definitely needs more careful checking.

"Why is the pricing so hard to figure out?"
I was just trying to see what it would actually cost, but the pricing felt way more confusing than it needed to be. I kept clicking around thinking, “Why is this so complicated?” and even after that, I still wasn’t totally sure what I’d end up paying. It didn’t feel very upfront, which left me a bit frustrated.

"Confusing site and bad timing"
I tried using membg.org and, it was frustrating. The pages felt cluttered, some of the buttons weren’t obvious, and I kept having to click around just to find basic things. Not great when I was already trying to get something done quickly.
It was even more annoying because I was using it at a bad time and really didn’t have patience for a site that felt this clunky. On my phone, the layout didn’t feel smooth at all and just made everything take longer than it should have. Maybe other people won’t mind it, but for me the usability was bad.

"Delivery took forever"
My order showed up way later than I expected, and the tracking updates were barely helpful. I was left wondering what was going on most of the time, which was frustrating. Has anyone else had the same issue with slow delivery?

"Good value for the price"
I thought membg.org was good for what it costs. It did what I needed it to do, and, you know, I didn’t feel like I was getting charged for a bunch of extra stuff I wasn’t going to use.
There were a few parts that could’ve been clearer, especially at the beginning. I had to poke around a bit and figure things out, so... it wasn’t totally smooth right away.
But overall, for the price, I’m happy with it. It’s not perfect, of course, but it feels fair, and yeah, I’d probably use it again.

"Issue never really got sorted"
I reached out to membg.org because I was having a problem with my account, it dragged on way longer than it should have. The replies I got felt generic, like they were copied and pasted, and it didn’t really seem like anyone was actually looking into what was going on. Not saying it’s a scam, but the whole thing definitely didn’t leave me feeling confident. After all the back and forth, the issue still wasn’t properly fixed. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d use them again.
"Probably not the right fit for me"
I tried using membg.org and, it seemed okay at first. But the more I used it, the more I felt like it wasn’t quite working for me. Some parts were a bit confusing, and I’m sure I spent more time figuring things out than I should have. Maybe other people have a smoother experience with it, but for me, it definitely feels like there’s room for improvement...

"Really poor service"
I tried using membg.org the whole experience was frustrating. The replies were ridiculously slow, the help I got wasn’t really useful, and most of the time it felt like I was just being ignored. I wouldn’t bother using it again.

"Payment worked, but it made me do a little extra checking"
Paying on membg.org was mostly easy and it did go through without any real issues. I liked having a few payment options, but the page loaded kind of slow, and I had to sit there wondering if it actually worked until the email finally came in. Not a huge deal, but I don’t love having to double-check everything after paying. Overall, it was okay.

"I logged in thinking I’d just quickly..."
I logged in thinking I’d just quickly update a few account details, but it ended up being way more frustrating than expected. Nothing seemed to work properly, and after going in circles for a while, I figured I’d just close the account instead. Turns out I couldn’t do that either. What should’ve been a simple five-minute task turned into a annoying experience.

"Feels quiet to me"
Maybe I’m missing something, but the community felt really quiet when I checked it out. I was hoping to see more activity or discussions going on. Curious if others have had the same experience or if I just caught it at a slow time.

"Doesn’t Feel Like a Real Person Is There"
I can’t get behind fake reviews. If you didn’t actually use the product or have the experience, you shouldn’t post about it. It just makes everything feel less genuine, like there’s no real person behind the review...

"Pretty good communication"
I had a few questions and assumed it might take a while to hear back, but they replied quickly. The answers were clear enough to keep me moving, even if they weren’t super detailed every single time. I’d probably give 5 stars if the follow-up had been just a little faster.

"Support was really, really slow"
I had to wait way too long for support to get back to me, and it was super annoying. Like, slow slow. I just needed help and the replies came way too late.
